• Weather conditions

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. GIANALAMAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice that your order has the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at via contact@gianalamar.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, GIANALAMAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues.
